Snaptify is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised credentials.

3. Use of Services

You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our systems.
• Use the platform to process unlawful or harmful data.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription.
• Fees, billing terms, and renewal cycles are described at checkout.
• All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
• We may suspend access for non-payment or violations of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property — including software, trademarks, and content — belongs to Snaptify or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.

6. Data Ownership and Usage

• You retain ownership of data you upload to the platform.
• By using our Services, you grant Snaptify a limited license to process that data solely for service provision and improvement.
• Snaptify may aggregate and anonymize data for analytics and benchmarking without identifying users.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public business and technical information shared during the use of Services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snaptify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, service interruption, or lost profits.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding reliability, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Compliance and Data Protection

Snaptify complies with:

• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU)
• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA – USA)
• Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP – India)

We maintain appropriate data processing agreements and security practices.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services indicates acceptance of the updated version.
